B.C. at or for the price stated opposite the legal description
of the property appearing hereunder: ;

Pian 2423, New Westminster District ~ $41,345.67.

AND THAT the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to execute the
necessary documents for the purpose aforesaid and to affix the
Corporate Seal of the City thereto."
