Building Corporation is presently reviewing the alternate sites in Port Coquitlam for the Court House and Pre-Trial complex. They will submit a report outlining their recommendations to the Ministry of Attorney General and will also be back in contact with yourselE. As part of the input to che Corporation, the Corrections Branch has scheduled to meet with _representatives of the community in order to obtain their perspective on possible sites. 1 will be meeting with three or four community people during the next two weeks to review selection criteria and to view the potential sites. A report to the Corporation will follow these meetings. At present, I do not plan to involve any of the City's staff in this process. I will continue to be in touch as developments unfold.
