A By-law to amend the "City of Port Co uitlam Zoning By-law,

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam, in Open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
1. The Zoning Map of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam,
being Schedule "A" of the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1979,
‘No. 1651" is amended by removing the Zone Designation of RS-1 assigned te:
(a) South 300' of Block "D" of the West -1/2 of the Northwest
Quarter, Section 6, Township 40, Plan 6824 EXxcEpT the South
225' thereof; and, .

(b) Lot 1, “Block D, Northwest Quarter, Section 6, Township

40, Plan 1.1944;

. and assigning the Zone Designation of RM-4 to the said property.
2, This By-law may be cited for all purposes as the "City of Port

Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1979, No. 1651, Amendment EBy~law, 1981, No. 1828",
