THE CORPORATION OF TIE CITY OF roRT COQUITLAM NOTICE OF PUBLTC JIEARING ZONING BY-LAW The Munfcipal Council o£ The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam will hold a Public Hearing in the Council Chambers, Port: Coquitlam City Hall, 2272 McAllister Avenue on Monday, March 3rd, 1980 at 7:30 p.m. to consider the following proposed by-law to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1979, No. 1651", By-law No. 1723: to remove the Zone Designation of RS-1 now assigned to Lot 1 of District Lot 380, Group One, Plan 6234, except that portion lying Southwest of the Lougheed Highway, Plan 10030, New Westminster District and assigning the Zone Designation of: CD (Comprehensive Development) to che said Property. ‘This property is located at the Northeast corner of Lougheed Highway and Westwood Street and it is expected that a comprehensive commercial _ development, ineluding the erection of a multi-storey office tower, will be constructed following completion of the rezoning »rocedures. This is the second Public Hearing held on By-law No. 1723 and is necessitated by a change in the arrangement of the buildings on the site that will see the multi-storey office tower located close to the Northeast corner of the property rather than the Southeast corner as previously proposed. A copy of the proposed By-law, and other relevanr documents may be inspected in the Office of the City Clerk, Port Coquitlam City Hall, at the address ziven above, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., on working days, February 21st, 1980 to March 3rd, 1980. | All persona who deem their interest in property affected by the proposed by-law shall be afforded an Opportunity to be heard at the Public Hearing on matters contained in the bylaw.
