Public Works Association Convention

The Annual Conference of the Public Works Association of B.C. will
be held in Kelowna, September 12th to 14th, 1979, inclusive. The Conference
involves a number of topics on equipment Management and administrative and
MInanagement discussions. Fred Peters has asked for authority to attend this
Conference and I would recommend that his attendance be approved and that
his expenses be paid.
