Moved by Councillor Wright: Seconded by Councillor Gordon: 1. ThatRezoning Application Nc. 98/92 and Development Permit Application No. 99/92 for 865 Citadel Drive be approved to proceed for rezoning from C-1 (Comer Store) to CD (Comprehensive Development) under Section 963 of the Municipal Act subject to: a. Completion of a design to the satisfaction of the Director of Planning, that fully complies with the provisions of th CD Zone, and the "Development Management Bylaw" (Parking Bylaw); Satisfaction of Engineering requirements; Submission of landscaping plans to the satisfaction of the Parks and Recreation Department; Satisfaction of Building Department concerns; Issuance of a Development Permit; Declaration of this area as a Development Permit Area; and The project being subject to the 1993 rates for Development Cost Charges. That the Planning Department be authorized to draft Development Permit 99/92; and That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to sign the documents when completed subject to the conditions noted above.
