DESCRIPTION: The proposal is for a four-storey apartment building that has a floor area ratio of 1.4 and a site coverage of 48.1%. Parking for forty-two (42) cars is provided in an underground structure that obtains access directly from Welcher Avenue. The height of the proposed building is approximately 14 m (45 feet).
