WHEREAS an Official Community Plan was adopted by the “Offialal Community Plaa Bylaw, 1986, No. 2162” AND WHEREAS an amendment to the Official Community Plan haa been prepared and atter First Reading of this Sylaw the Council has: (a) examined the amendment to the plan dn conjunction with the moar recent capital expesditure program under Seccton 266 of the Municipal Act to ensure consistency beatwaean them; (b) examined the anemiment to the plan in conjunction with the Economic Surategy Plan entitled “Port Coquitlam Induatrial Development Strategy” to ensure consletency between than; determined that no applicable waate management plan exiats for consideration; (d) determined than the amendment to the plan does not affect the District of Coquitlam, The Corporation of the Diatrier of Pitt Meadows, or the Greater Vancouver Regional District. NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Counsell of The Corporation of tha City of Port Coquitlam, {im open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: Ll. The designation of “Apartment” shown on Schedule “B" of the "Official Community Plan Bylaw, 1986, No. 2162" am enacted by Bylaw No. 2508 applying to: Lot A, District Lote 174 and 289, Group One, Plan LMP 2894, New Weatminater Diatrict; ia removed and the designation "Downtown Commercial” 1s applied. The designation of "Local Commeredal"” shown on Schedule "B" of the "Official Community Plan Bylaw, 1986, No. 2162" aa enacted by Bylaw No. 2508 applying to: ae Lots 2, 3, and 4, Block 25, Diateicr Lot 289, Group One, Plan 2080, New Weatminater Diatrict; and, b, Lot 114, Disteier Lot 289, Group Oue, Plan 50920, New Wastminater Dietriat; ig removed and the designation "Dowatown Commercial” 1a applied.
