That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which is more particularly described as: Lot 1 District Lot 255 Group One Plan 22343 New Westminster District is hereby rezoned from RS~3 (Estate Residential) to RS=-2 (Small Lot Residential) and the Zoning Map of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning. 2.
