SUBJECT: Storm/Water Pump Station Problems ~ Harbour & Dominion Stations
(Public Works/Traffic Committee Meeting - September 25, 1990)

Recommendation:

1) It is recommended that the Council for the City of Port Coquitlam
approve the expenditure of $22,458.00 for the repair of damaged
impellors at the Harbour Pump Station and Dominion Pump Station.

That the Council for the City of Port Coquitlam transfer $22,458.00

from the 1990 Capital Works Fund to the Drainage Maintenance Budget
for this purpose. .

Background & Comments:

The Public Works/Traffic Committee considered the attached memorandum from the
Operations Manager outlining the status of the damage impellors for the Storm
Sewer Pump Stations at Harbour and Dominion. The committee felt that these
repairs are urgently required and recommended that Council approve the

completion of the pump repairs for 1990.
