Application include the following projects:

A. SEWERAGE WORKS

1. Replacement of Handley Crescent Pump Station $150,000
2. Upgrading of Pitt River Road Pump Station $150,000

B. WATERWORKS

1. Replacement of Penny Place Pump Station $250,000
2. Replacement of 150 mm Cast Iron main on $ 75,000
Scarborough Crescent

3. Installation of new main on Laurier Avenue $ 55,000
between Wellington and Coast Meridian Rd.

4. Replacement of 100 mm Cast Iron main on Rindall $ 32,000
between Mary Hill Road and Tyner Street

5. Replacement of 75/100 mm main on Lobb Avenue $ 33,000
between Shaughnessy St. and Mary Hill Rd.

C. PROPOSED STUDY GRANT

1. Water and Sewer Model Calibration $ 15,200

That City Council direct the Clerk's Office to notify surrounding
property owners of this application and to place the following resolution
on a subsequent City Council agenda.

That City Council approve relaxation of the Zoning Bylaw No. 2240
Section 802 RS~1, Subsection (6) Rear Yard Setback requirements by 20 cm
(8 inches) in the north east corner of the rear yard and 9 cm (3.5
inches) in the south west corner of the rear yard to permit sun deck to
be constructed for Lot 11, District Let 1, Plan 77049.
