The iots Were left to provide an extra measure of control! about their back yard relationship with residential properties to the west. What is being proposed in the application development of a trucking company depot. in company intends to leave the back 30 metres ( natural bush and build an office and parking lot at the front. Their long term plan would have iS to build a service building at the back. The service building would have its back to the residential area behind and have a landscape berm and fence to screen view of the building back. This proposal meets the City's design concerns tor protecting view from homes to the west.
