REAL PROPERTY FOR SALE BY TENDER

The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam invites tenders for the
purchase of the undernoted properties:

Lot A, District Lot 479, Group One, Plan 2145, New Westminster
District.

This property is located at 3400 Block Coast Meridian Road
The property is zoned RS-1 (Large Lot Residential).

Tenders must be enclosed in a sealed eprvelope plainly marked on the
outside "Tender for 3400 Block Coast Meridian Roid" and addressed to:

Port Coquitlam, 2.C.

aud be in his hands by 12;00 o'clock noon, Thursday, July 7th, 1988. Any
tender received after this time will be returned unopened as will all tenders
inadvertently opened before the closing time as a result of not being
adequately marked on the outside of the sealed envelope as required.

Terms of Sale

1. A certified cheque in the amount of $1,000.00 must accompany each
tender as an irrevocable deposit.

Each tender will be open for acceptance by the Council for a period of
30 days from the closing time for receipt of tenders.

The highest or any tender will not uecessarily be accepted and the
City reserves the right to waive minor deficiencies in a bonafide
tender received by the closing time.

Upon a tender being accepted by the Council tne balance of the offered
price must be pald by the successful tenderer within 26 days of
acceptance or the deposit will be forfeited.

The certified cheques of the unsuccessful tenderers will be returned
no later than 30 days after the closing time for receipt of tenders
specified above.

Offers are to be made on a “lump sum” cash payment basis and no
conditional offers will be accepted.
