That the Subdivision Plan of 1.184 acres more or less of District
Lot 289, Group One, New Westminster District prepared by Robert M.
Reese, British Columbia Land Surveyor and dated the 12th day of
December, 1985 is approved;

AND THAT His Worship the Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized to
sign the said Plan on behalf of the City and affix the Corporate Seal
thereto.

WHEREAS the lands hereinafter described are not required for
municipal purposes nor are they reserved or dedicated;

NOW THEREFORE be it resolved that:

Lot 31, Lot 32, and Lot 33, Block 2, District Lot 466, Group One,
Plan 2423, New Westminster District, be sold by tender if bids
acceptable to Council are received;

The City Clerk is hereby instructed and authorized to publish and
post the "Real Property for Sale By Tender" Notice appearing In the
Agenda documents of this Counc?! meeting;

The terms and conditions contained therein are hereby approved;
The City Clerk carry out the procedures set out therein.
Council reserves the right to accept any bid or to reject all of

the bids if Council in tts absolute discretion determines that

rejection is appropriate.
