A regular meeting of the Municipal Council! of The Corporation of
the City of Port Coquitlam was hetd in the Council Chamber, Port
Coquitlam City Hall on Monday, October 15th, 1984 at 7:30 p.m.

His Worship Mayor L.M. Traboulay, Aldermen M.C. Farnworth, Jed.
Keryluk, G.R. Laking, W.W. Stewart and M.R. Wright in attendance.

Also in attendance were Acting City Administrator F.E. Peters, P.'

Eng-, City Engineer; Parks & Recreation Director K.J. Taylor and
Recording Secretary D. Vyse.

ZONING PUBLIC HEARING:

‘His Worship Mayor L.M. Traboulay advised the following proposed
Bylaw to amend the "City of Port Coquitiam Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No.
1651" would now be considered:

The Zone Designation of A-1 assigned to the |.502 ha. area shown marked
WRS=-1A" on a plan showing proposed boundaries of zoning of portions of
Parcel "B" of Section 6, Block 6, NR 1E (Reference Plan 58439), New
Westminster District prepared by Helge Jacobsen & Associates,
Professional B.C. Land Surveyors and shown on their drawing bearing
file no. $-84-5438-2 is removed and the zoning designation RS-1A its

applied.

SECONDLY: .

The Zone Designation of A-1 assigned to the 0.755 ha. area shown marked
"P=2" on a plan showing proposed boundaries of zoning of portions of
Parcel "B" of Section 6, Block 6, NR 1E (Reference Plan 58439), New
Westminster District prepared by Helge Jacobsen & Associates,

Professional B.C. Land Surveyors and shown on their drawing bearing >
file no. $-84-5438-2 is removed and the zoning designation P-2 is —

applisd.

This property has the civic address 1477 Lougheed Highway and is
located at the northeast corner of the intersection of the Lougheed
Highway and Coast Meridian Road. It is expected that following
completion of the rezoning procedures that sites for approximately 26
single family housing units will be provided on the portion to be
rezoned RS-1A and that a church will be constructed on the portion to
be zoned P-2.

No one was present to speak at the Public Hearing.

The Public Hearing adjourned at 7:35 p.m.
