Land Surveyors and shown on their drawing bearing file no. $-84-5438-2 is removed and the zoning designation RS-1A its applied. SECONDLY: . This property has the civic address 1477 Lougheed Highway and is located at the northeast corner of the intersection of the Lougheed Highway and Coast Meridian Road. It is expected that following completion of the rezoning procedures that sites for approximately 26 single family housing units will be provided on the portion to be rezoned RS-1A and that a church will be constructed on the portion to be zoned P-2.
