WHEREAS by Bylaw No. 2014 of The Corporation of the City of Port
‘Coquitlam cited as the "Kingsway Avenue Access (Plan 2252). Road Closure
“Bylaw, 1984, No. 2014". certain portion of Road therein déscribed

located in’ the City of Port Coquittam in the Provi ince of British
Columbia ‘was stopped up end closed to traffic;

NOW THEREFORE BE iT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk of The
Cor poration of the City of Port Coquitiam be authorized to petition the
Minister of Municipal Affairs of the Province of British Columbia
‘praying.on behalf of the City for abandonment of the said’ ‘portion of
Road described in Bylaw No. 2014 and the vesting of the title’ of ; the
land comprising the same in The Corporation of the City of Port

Coquitlam.
