PROVIDED that those resolutions to the sanitary sewer and the
erasement of the escarpment as espoused by Mr. T. Spraggs be taken
to the Coquitlam Council; and,

PROVIDED that the Department of Fisherles study the impact on
the spawning salmon in Hyde Creek and prepare a report for
Council.

Carried.

That a Statutory Right-of-Way In the City's standard Form of
Agreement be registered by The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam in favour of The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam over that portion of District Lot 3579, Group One, New
Westminster District owned by The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitiam and shown outlined on the Statutory Right-of-Way Plan
prepared by Walter E. Frith, B.C.L.S. and dated March 3ist, 1983;

AND THAT His Worship the Mayor and City Clerk be cuthorized to
execute the necessary document there’ore and register the same in
the New Westminster Land Title Office.
