due to the above decision, we no longer sugpest arterial
designation for Westminister but caution that in time
Coquitlam Avenue may receive treffic loadings more appro-

Victoria Drive

~ I recall your interest in the westward continuation of
Victoria Drive as an option to the diagonal alignment te
Coast Meridian Road

- pending further appraisal of grades, land development
patterns, and liaison wiih che District of Coquitlam,
we continue to show Victoria Drive as per your Plan A

Dominion Avenue

- our February discussions included the possible diversion
of Dominion Avenue to Coast Meridian Road, to avoid close
proximity intersections along the Lougheed

on further thought, this office concludes that the exist-
ing Dominion Avenue configuration can be expected ta
function adequately; hence, Plan B shows the ev:isting
arrangement

status while our Plan B supsests minor arterial status
