_ This letter is to inform you that the Association of Concerned Citizens
Will be holding an All=Candidates Meeting once again this year,

The meeting will be help at Viscount Alexander Elemenzary School
on November 8th, 1978 at-8 P.M, Al Candidates for this years eléction,
have been invited to attend.

At this time the Association would like to extend an invitation
to all of Council, to attend this meeting. We are following our regular
format as in years past, which is as follows.

Hach candidate, aldermanic and school board, will be asked to
limit their speeches to three minutes each, and will be permitted a
one minute rebuttal following the main speeches. Inmediately
following, the floor will be open to questions and answers.

We must apologize for the late announcement of this very important
meeting, however due to circumstances within the Postal system, we
have been delayed,
