ZONING PUBLIC HEARING: His Worship Mayor J.M. These properties have the civic addresses of 1615 Pitt River Road and 1625 Pitt River Road and it is expected that approximately six residential lots will be created following completion of the rezoning procedures, The Planning Officer briefly outlined the proposal and noted, with respect to driveway access to the properties, that no access would be permitted to the properties from Pitt River Road. During the short discussion which ensued, Alderman Laking noted that the two, presently vacant properties to the north of the proposed development had been given consideration with respect to future access as had the problems of the lane being a 'dead-end' (with no turn around area) until such time as some development to the north takes place. In response to Alderman Ranger's query regarding school accommodation, the Planning Officer reported that that the up-dated school accommodation figures he had recently received would be circulated for the information of Council. te gee ws 4s b ba migee mips ment sy 7
