BY-LAW NO. 1398

A By-law to amend the "City of Por: Coquitlam Zoning By-law,

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port

Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
1.- Subsection (1) of Section 202A of the "City of Port Coquitlam
Zoning By-law, 1969, No. 918" as enacted by the "City of Port Coquitlam
Zoning By-law, 1969, Ne. 918, Amendment By-law, 1970, No. 1012" is amerued
by inserting the following therein as Section (x):

"(x) Lot 34 and Lot 35 of Block 3 of District Lot 373, Group Cue,

Plan 1213, New Westminster District."

2. this By-law may be cited for all purposes as the "City of Port

Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1969, Ne. 918, Amendment By-law, 1975, No. 1398".

Read a first time by the Municipal Council this Sixth day of

October, 1975.
Read a second time by the Municipal Council this Sixth day of
October, 1975.

Read a third time by the Municipal Council this Sixth day of

October, 1975.

Public Hearing not required to be held pursuant to Section 702A(2)

of the Manicipal Act.

Received the approval of the Minister of Highways this

Reconsidered, finally passed and adopted by a vote in favour thereof

of at least two-thirds (2/3) of all the members of the Municipal Council of
