INTERPRETATION

GENERAL PARE REGULATIONS
2. Acts Prohibited in Parks ~
No person while within the coafines of a park shall:
(a) Throw or leave any paper, cardboard, food refuse or ruins, botties

or glasa or any matter of anv kind Ifkely to prove offensive, injurious, or

placard, notice, paper, advertising device, or publicity matter Of any kind
without the writtes consent of the Council; except such notices as are erected

park safety.

consent of the Council,
