Field of Dreams is a reality
for the Terace Senior:
Men’s Soccer Association.
(TSMSA) after their efforts
to get a new pitch to play
on.

Twenty one volunteers
came together July 24 to
move two goal posts’
donated by Terrace Youth
Soccer from Christy Park to
the new field on the corier’
of - Paquetie Ave. and-
Century St,

The volunteers all worked '
together to get the field
ready, and by 4:00 players
were ready to ripple the’
twine,

“Jacques Corstanje, with.
the TSMSA, said the new
ficld will be used until the
end of August, but is only a
temporary solution. i

Thornhill regional field is . (é
used by men’s and women’s
soccer five nights a week,
and Corstaije hopes this
field will- help save wear
and tear on the field.

The Caledonia field is off-
limits to adult soccer and
Corstanje fears the Skeena
Jr. field could also be nixed
if the property is sold.

ment to paint lines on the
