That Bylaw No. 2493 be amended by striking out Section 2 thereof and
substituting the following as Section 2:

2, Section 906(1) of the Bylaw is amended by renumbering the present
clause (c) as clause (d) and inserting the following as a new clause

"(c) Retail sales of groceries, and confections, occupying a maximum

floor area of 60 m2 (645 sq.ft.) accessory to a service station
use.'"

AND THAT the Bylaw, as amended, be read a third time. 7

Boundary Adjustment Bylaw, 1990, No. 2494."

Committee of the Montreal Urban Community, Michel Hamelin regarding Banning of
Military and Paramilitary Weapons.

That the City support the petition from the Executive Committee of the
Montreal Urban community to Ban Military and Paramilitary Weapons.
