A Bylaw to amend the "Port Coquidam Zoning Bylaw, '987, No. 2240"

The Municipal Council of The Corvoration of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting
assembled, enacts as follows:

1. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw. 1987, No.
2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1993, No. 2861".

That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coguitlam, British Columbia which is more
particularly described as:

having an area of 1.73 ha (4.27 acres) shown included on the plan annexed to this Bylaw as
Schedule "A" and made a part hereof is hereby rezoned from A-1 (Agricultural) to RS-3
(Estate Residential) and the Zoning Map of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No.
2240" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.

rezoned from A-1 (Agricultural) to RS-2 (Smail Lot Residential) and the Zoning Map of the
"Port Coquitlam Zoning By'aw, 1987, No. 2240" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.
