I have discussed this proposal with Janna Taylor, the Director of Parks and Recreation and Ms.
Taylor has stated that the existing trail is part of the City of Port Coquitlam Trail System, but is
not the designated Poco Trail which is located farther to the west.

I have discussed this proposal with Bel Construction and they would assume the costs for
constructing the temporary access road for access route #3.
