DISCUSSION:

Approval of this application will permit the atrata~title subdivision of a
conforming existing duplex. The owner has advised the tenant that there will
no change in tenancy for a period of six months as is required by the City's

policy.

As the current legal use of the property would not be altered, approval of
this application is recommended, subject to some upgrading to the building as
requested by the Building Department.
