Langan, South of Kingsway Street.

- That Council approve the placement of "No Parking Anytime” signs on Langan
Avenue from Kingsway to the driveway at 1610 Langan.

From the Director of Planning, May 27th, 1992 regarding 1943 Manning
Avenue Rezoning Application No. 34/92.

Seconded by Alderman Thompson:

That Rezoning Application No. 34/92 for 1943 Manning Avenue not be
approved.

Defeated.

. That the Planning and Development Committee consider amendments to the
Zoning Bylaw that would allow the creation of 33 foot wide lots in areas
clustered predominately with 33 foot wide lots.
