Those certain parcels of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which are more particuiarly described as: Lot 8, Lot 37, District Lot 380 District Lot 380 Group One Group One Plan 19044 Plan 22342 New Westminster District New Westminster District West 220 feet of Lot “A” Except: South West 125 feet by 220 feet having a frontage of 125 feet on the west boundary of said lot and 220 feet on the south boundary of said lot.
