Lanta THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM BUR. Kirk June 24, 1992 City Administrator LR. Zahynacz, P. Eng. City Engineer REQUEST TO EXTEND WATER SERVICE NORTH OF LINCOLN AVENUE (Public Works Corsanittee Meeting of June 23, 1992) That Council deny the request to provide a connection for water service to all 22 parcels of land north of Lincoln Avenue and south of the Debouville Slough. The Public Works Committee considered the attached memorandum from the Project/Traffic Technician dated June 18, 1992 regarding a letter from the District of Coquitlam requesting permission to provide a larger water connection to property north of Lincoln Avenue within the District of Coquitlam. Providing a water service to additional land in the District of Coquitlam would reduce the level of service to the existing Port Coquitlarn properties in the Prairie/Devon/Laurier areas of Port Coquitlam. It is therefore recommended that a water connection to service additional land in the District of Coquitlam not be made until the trunk water supply mains in the Devon/Prairie/Launer of Port Coquitlam areas are upgraded.
