l. 2. 3 THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM BYLAW NO. 2668 & Bylaw for the levying of rates for Municipal, Hoapizal, and Reglonal District purposes for the year 1992. The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: The following rates are hereby imposed and levied for the year 1992: (a) For all lawful general purposes of the municipality on the aasessed value of and improvementa taxable for general municipal purposes, rates appearing in colum “A” of tha Schedule attached hareto and forming a part hereof, For debt purposes on the assessed value of land and improvements taxable for general municipal purposes, rates appearing in column "8! of the Schadule attached hereto and forming a part hereof, For hospital purposes on the assessed value of land and improvements taxable for regional hoapital district purposes, rates appearing in colum. “C" of the Schedule attached hereto and forming a part hereof, For purpose of Greater Vancouver Regional District on the assessed value of and improvements taxable for regional hospital district purposes, rate appearing in colum "D" of the Schedule attached hereto and forming a part hereof. The minimum amount of taxation upon a parcel of reel property shall be the amount provided by statute. (a) At the close of businesa on thea 3rd day of July, 1992 the collector of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam shall add to the unpaid taxes of the current year, in respect of each parcel of land and the improvements thereon upon the real property tax roll, five percentum (5%) of the amount then remaining unpaid. (b) At the close of business on the 4th day of September, 1992 the Collector of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam shall add ta the unpaid taxes of the current year (exclusive of the five percentum addition authorized by subsection (a) of this section), in respect of each parcel of land and the improvements thereon upon the real property tax roll, a further fLve percentum (5%) of the amount then remaining unpaid. ‘
