VOR 2G) This Development Variance Permit is issued subject to compliance with all of the Bylaws of the Municipality applicable thereto, except as specifically varied by this permit. This Development Variance Permit applies to and only to those lands within the Municipality described below, and any and all buildings, structure and other development thereon: LOT 36, DISTRICT LOT 231, GROUP 1, NEW WESTMINSTER DISTRICT, PLAN 86606 Address: 1424 BROADWAY STREET The Zoning Bylaw is/are varied as follows: "PORT COQUITLAM ZONING BYLAW, 1987, NO. 2240," Section 1003 "Clean Industrial (M-3)" Subsections (9)(b) “Off-street Parking" and (12) "Landscaping" are varied as shown on Plans 13/92 (A) to (C) which are attached hereto and form part of this permit. (a) The Municipality is holding security set out below to ensure construction carried out has not created an unsafe condition due to a contravention of the terms and conditions of thie permit. There is filed accordingly: (i) An Irrevocable Letter of Credit in the amount of $10,250.00 for the purpose of Landscaping. Should any interest be earned upon the security, it shall accrue to the Permittee and be paid to the Permittee if the security is returned. A condition of the posting of the security is that should the permittee fail to carry out the works or services as hereinabove stated, according to the terme and conditions of this permit within the time provided, the Municipality may use the security to complete these works or services by its servants, agents or contractors, and any surplus shall be paid over to the Permittee.
