Moved by Alderman Wright: Seconded by Alderman Thompson: That the outright office uses now included in the M-3 zone permitted in the M-1 and M-2 zones. Carried. Moved by Alderman Wright: Seconded by Alderman Thompson: That the minimum area for outright office uses, in the M-3 zone be reduced from the current 550 m@ (5920 square feet) to 450 m* (4843 Square feet). Defeated. Alderman Thompson and Wright voted in favor of the resolution. Moved by Alderman Wright: Seconded by Alderman Thompson: That Sections 1001 General Industrial (M-1), Subsection (4)(a) and 1002 Heavy Industrial (M-2), Subsection (3)(a) of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" be deleted and the following subsections be re-numbered accordingly. Moved by Alderman Wright: Seconded by Alderman Thompson: That Section 12 (b) of the M-3 zone be revised to add flexibility in the placing of parking in the yards facing a street other than a provincial highway. A minimum 3 meter landscape border is to be permitted providing that the total landscaped area within the yard facing a street is not reduced. And that the Municipal Clerk be instructed to prepare the appropriate bylaws to implement the above changes. Carried.
