Re Propesed 18 Unit Residential

1848 and 185@ Argue Street, Port Coquitlam.

The undersigned are residents and/or property owners of
Port Coquitlam.

We have inspected the architects design (attached) for
the proposed 18 unit waterfront development.

We support the specific oroposal and concept of the
residential use for the Port Coquitlam waterfront.

In addition, we support the proposal of the developer to

construct a special walkway along Argue Street, which will
connect to PoCo Trail.
