A regular meeting of the Municipal Council of The Corporation of
The City of Port Coquitlam was held In the Counci | Chamber, Port
Coquitlam City Hal! on Monday, April 30th, 1984 at 7:30 p.m.

His Worship Mayor L.M. Traboulay, Aldermen M.C. Farnworth, M.D.
Gates, J.J. Keryluk, G.R. Laking, W.W. Stewart and M.R. Wright in
attendance.

Also in attendance were City Administrator B.R. Kirk, City Clerk
R.A. Freeman and City Engineer F.E. Peters, P. Eng.

ZONING PUBLIC HEARING;

His Worship Mayor L.M,. Traboulay advised the fol lowing: proposed
Bylaws to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No.
1651" would now be considered:

BL/01/84/04/30/01
Bylaw No. 2029:
To rezone Lot 13, District Lot 479, Group One, Plan 20211, New

Westminster District, from RS-1 to RM-3.

This property is located at 3461/65 Wel | ington Street and has an
apartment building located thereon. The rezoning is being undertaken
to apply the correct zoning designation for the use presently being

made of the property.

The City Clerk advised receipt of a letter from E. Caouette,
3545 Wellington Street, Port Coquitlam, B.C. expressing his
objection to the proposed rezoning.

Mr. C. Dalbrun, 3481 Wel!ington Street, Port Coquitlam, B.C.
advised he is In favour of the proposed rezoning.
