The provisions of the immedtately Preceding sub-paragraphs
designated (a) to (d) shall be..deemed to be conditions of this
Mortgage, default in any of which shall entitle the Mortgagee at
{ts option to demand Payment of the full balance of all montes
s-cured hereby, and thereupon all such montes shall become due

and payable. . ,

IT Is UNDERSTOOD AND AGREED that no release, indulgence or
forbearance given’ by the Lessor under the Lease. of: any ef ‘the.
Hortgagor's obligations under the Lease: as the’ Lessee thereof.
Shall. release the Movtgagor from any of “its obligations under
this Mortgage, including {ts obligations with respect to payment

of the tent as provided’ for in the Lease and the performance of |

all the terms, provisos covenants, conditions /and agreements |

contained in the Lease to be kept, performed and complied with by

the Lessee therein,
