Re: Coquitlam Towing & Storage Co. Ltd.

This is to advise that we are solicitors for Coquitlam Towing &
Storage Co. Ltd. On April 25th, 1980 we received instructions

from our client that Council of the City of Port Coquitlam intended
to review the question of allocation of towing services at the
direction of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police in and for the

City of Port Coquitlam at the Council Meeting scheduled for Monday,
April 28th, 1980.

As you may be aware, this matter was reviewed at the Council Meeting
of Monday, December 20th, 1976 at which time the writer had the

_ Opportunity to address the Council on behalf of Coquitlam Towing &
Storage Co. Ltd. Our client has requested that the writer again
represent it in connection with this matter but unfortunately due
to the short notice, the writer will be unable to do so on Monday,
April 28th, 1980.

This is therefore to request that this particular item on your agenda
be adjourned to your next Council Meeting which we understand is
scheduled for Monday, May 5th, 1980 at 7:30 p.m. in order that the
writer and representatives of Coquitlam Towing «& Storage Co. Ltd.

may be able to attend as we wish to make representations to you in
connection with this matter which we hope will be of assistance to
you in your deliberations.
