: Applications have been received to rezone the two
subject properties from RS-1 to RT-1.

Both properties meet all the duplex requirements as
set out in the Zoning By-law and have lot frontage in excess
of 60 feet.

The: Planning & Zoning Committee reconmends - that ‘the
two applications be advanced to Public Hearing.
