May I express thanks on behalf of the District Council
to you and Members of your Council who were able to attend
our Council's Executive Committee Meeting on Monday, November
27th, 1978 for the purpose of jointly hearing and debating
the proposals contained in Inspector R. KR. Galbraith's letter
to me dated Novenber 22, 1978.

resolution which was later ratified at the Regular District

be approved with the clear understanding that
this comes directly under the R.C.4.P.. and that
it is for a two year trial period, all subject
to the concurrence of the City ef Port Coquitlam;
and that the Municioal Manager contact the
Attorney-General's Department to pursue a cost
sharing arrangement for this pilot sroject."
