1, New Westminster District, prepared by Walter E. Frith, B.C.L.S. and
dated June 24th, 1977 wherein Lots 255 and 256 are created, be approved:

AND THAT His Worship the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to sign
the Subdivision Plan on behalf of the City and affix the Corporate seal

thereto.

| Ald. Traboulay _ Alderman Traboulay expressed concern over the position of the

‘re ALR Bldg.

: Restrictions. people living in the Agricultural Land Reserve as far as building
restrictions. and the City Administrator advised the City is enforcing
the original requirements imposed by Council. Alderman Traboulay advised

the situation should be discussed with Water Rights Department and Mayor

Campbell advised the City will be meeting with the Department as soon as ey

the City Engineer returns.
