Dear Sirs:

It is once again approaching the time for the Port Coguitlam
Amateur Athletic Association's annual. canvass of merchants in
our City. 3

As you are aware, this canvass was adopted several years ago
to provide a single co-ordinated fundraising effort for merchant
donations in the City, instead of the almost continuous canvassing

that had previously existed.

This Association has been most appreciative of the support shown
by yourselves in past years, and would request that you declare
May 5 through 11, 1975 "All Sports Week" in the City of Port
Coquitlam.

We would also “request that we again be permitted to post the
banner proclaiming said event in the underpass. ©
