Buildings and Structures:

All buildings and structures on the land herein shall

conform in all respects to the requirements of the M-2

General Industrial Zone pursuant to the “City of Port
Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1969, No. 918" as amended.

SCHEDULE "E*

Off Street Parking:

Off Street Parking shall ba provided in accordance with

tha "City of Port Cequitlam Zoning By-law, 1969, No. 918"

as amended, and any sections of the said By-law relevant
to the M-2 General Industrial zone shall apply to this
Contract.

SCHEDULE "FP"

Signs:

As permitted by the “city of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law,
1969, No. 918" a2 amended, and in accordance with the pro~
visions of the “City of Port Coquitlam Sign By-law, 1969,
No. 936" as amended, and all provisions therein relating
to signe shall apply to signs herein.
