606. (a) Nothwithstanding any provision of this Bylaw, no person shall operate, use or allow
the presence of a Class 2 or Class 3 vehicle;

(i) om the bridge crossing the Coquitlam River and extending to the City of
5 quitlam on Pitt River Road, known as the "Red Bridge" or the "Bailey
ridge" or

(ii). on that portion of Tyner Street between Central Avenue and Pitt River Road.

(b) The provision of this section do not apply to buses, custom transit vehicles, or
emergency vehicles.

607. No pexson shall park any Class 2 or Class 3 vehicle on any street located in an area that is
zoned for residential use by the Zoning Bylaw of the City.

608. Notwithstanding any other provision of htis Bylaw, the City Engineer is authorized tt ake
orders establishing the maximum permitted gross weight of a vehicle or combina. a of
vehicles permitted on any highway or portion of @ highway, for the protection of the
highway. Any order under this section shall be made in writing, shali take effect upon the
posting of signage on the affected ‘highway or portion and may be rescinded, revoked,
amended, or varied, by the City Engineer.
