A Bylaw to Amend the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw. 1987, No. 2240"

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open
meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

The “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is amended by adding to Sectior. 301
the following after "M-3 Clean Industrial”:
"M-4 Business Industria! Park”

The Bylaw is further amended in Section 601, by adding, after the Industrial M-3 entry, the
following:

"M-4 930 m+ 30m 18m 28 m”

3. The Bylaw is further amended by adding, "after Section 1003, the following Section 1004”:
BUSINESS INDUSTRIAL PARK (M-4)
INTENT

To provide a high-quality setting for low impact industrial, warehouse retail and large
office uses.

USES PERMITTED
Processing and finishing cf manufactured goods.
Warehousing, storage and distribution of manufactured or processed products;
Wholesale and warehouse retail sales;
Mail delivery busines::, sorting and distribution plant;
Automotive sales and accessory automotive service;
Accessory retail sales:
Laboratories and scientific and technical research establishments,
Trade, technical. professional and vocational schools;

Business, professional and technical offices:
