January 25. 1993/025 A Public Hearing pursuant to Section 956 of the Municipal Act was held prior to the Council Meeting of the Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam held in the Council Chambers, Port Coquitlam City Hall, 2580 Shaughnessy Street, Port Coquitlam, BC on Monday, January 25th, 1993, at 7:30 p.m. Mayor L.M. Traboulay and Councillors M.J. Gordon, J.J. Keryluk, R.H. Talbot, M.A. Thompson, and M.R. Wright were in attendance. Also in attendance were City Administrator B.R. Kirk, City Clerk S. Rauh, City Treasurer/Deputy Administrator, J.G.S. Maitland, City Engineer I.R. Zahynacz, Director of Planning C.R. Felip, Fire Chief J. Baillie, and Deputy Fire Chief G. Routley. PUBLIC HEARING: Mayor Traboulay advised the following proposed Bylaws would now be considered: Bylaw No. 2751 To rezone: W. 82.5’ of Parcel "D" having a frontage of 82.5 ft. on Harbour Street by a uniform depth throughout and adjoining Lot "E" District Lot 232 Plan 5854 New Westminster District from RS-1 (Large Lot Residential) to RS-2 (Small Lot Residential). The property is located at 1905 Harbour Avenue and would permit the creation of two residential lots. No one was present to speak regarding the proposed zoning amendment.
