PERMIT FEES AND INSPECTION CHARGES

PERMIT FREES

1.1 Every applicant for a building permit, building moving permit
or sign permit shall pay fees calculated as follows, prior to
the issuance of the permit.

1.2 Permit fees will be rounded up to the nearest dollar.

1.3 A minimum fee of $50.00 is required for all types of permits

MICROPILMING FEES .

In addition the follewing fees shall also be payable to assist in

Gefraying the cost of microfilming of plans:

2.1. for alterations under $5,000.00 a fee of $4.50;

2.2. for single family residential construction a fee of $10.50;
2.3. for all other types of construction a fee of $15.90;

2.4 for a sign permit a fee of $10.50;

2.5 for a building moving permit a fee of $10.50.

CHIMNEN ERE

A permit fee of $20.00 shall be payable for each liquid or solid fuel
burning chimney te be constructed, altered or repaired, when included

with the Building Permit.
