SUBJECT: Development Variance Permit No. 22/90
for 1530 Kingsway Avenue

RESOLUTION:

That as recommended by the Director of Community Planning in his
memorandum of June 6th, 1990 a Voluntary Development Variance Permit be issued
for 1530 Kingsway Avenue varying the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No.
2240" Section 601 "Subdivision Design and Layout" Subsection (1) "M-1" minimum
lot area is waived as shown on Plan 22/90 (A) whish is attached hereto and
forms part of this permit.

BACKGROUND AND COMMENTS:

Pursuant to instructions issued by the Council at its meeting of
June 25th, 1990 the owners and residents of property surrounding the subject
property have been advised that Council are considering issuance of this
Voluntary Development Variance Permit at its meeting of July 25th, 1990.
Accordingly, at this time written or verbal submissions should be considered
by the Council and a decision reached as to whether or not the Development
Variance Permit should be issued.
