A Bylaw to amend the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240",

APR 10 1999

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts ag follows:

That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British
Columbia which are more particularly described as:

That area of Lot "A"

Block 4

District Lot 232

Group One

Plan 3299

New Westminster District

As shown on Schedule "A" hereof tc be zoned RS~1

is hereby rezoned from RS-3 (Estate Residential) to RS§-1 (Large Lot
Residential.) and the Zoning Map of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No.
2240" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.

2. That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British
Columbia which is more Particularly described as:

That area of Lot "A"

Block 4

District Lot 239

Group One

Plan 3299

New Westminster District

As shown on Schedule "A" hereof to be zoned RS=2

is hereby rezoned from RS=-3 (Estate Residential) to Rg-2 (Small Lot

Residential) and the Zoning Map of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No.
2240" is hereby amended to reflect thig rezoning.

3. The area extent of the Tezonings referred to in Section 1 and Section
2 is shown on the attached Schedule “A" which ig an integral part of

this Bylaw.

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "Port Coquitlam Zoning
Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1988, No. 2382",
Read a first time by the Municipal Council this llth day of July, 1988.

Read a second time by the Municipal Council this llth day of July,
1988.

Public Hearing held thie 8th day of August, 1988,
