all citizens to contemplate and ensure the future

Vancouver's annual "Walk for Peace" on April
e7th is an effective means of communicating dedi-
cation to world peace. This year Ridge/!'eadows/
PoCo Feace Group and “‘éeole Ridge Project Plough-
shares respectfully request that Mayor Traboulay
and our elected council formally endorse the Van-
couver Peace Walk. We also ask that a member of
council participate in the walk representing the
City of Port Coquitlam. Your community leadership,
in this respect, would be indicative of your com-
mitment to a future vhere we need not face daily
the threat of nuclear extinction.
