AUG 27 1984 The Municipal Counci! of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in epen meeting assembled, enacts as fo! lows: In this Bylaw: "untidy or unsightly" includes but is not limited to: (a} the accumulation of buflding material on any property other than a commercial building. material storage yard, when the owner or occupler of the Property is not in possession of a valld City building permit; accumulation on residentia! property of any goods or merchandise which is offered or Intended to be offered for sale; the storage or accumulation of all or part of any automobile wreck or all or part of any motor vehicle which Is not: , (i) validly registered and licenced In accordance with the Motor Vehicle Act R.S.B.C. 1979, c. 288; or (ti) capable of movement under its own power; the accumulation of discarded materials or rubbish of any kind, including but not limited to ashes, dead. animals, paper, cardboard, tin cans, leaves, wood, bedding, crockery, glass, bags and app! iances. No owner ‘or occupier of rea! property shall allow that Property to become or remain untidy or unsightly. Every owner and occupier of real property shall remove any accumulation of filth, discarded materials or rubbish from that property. Every owner and occupier of real property shal! clear that property of brush, noxious weeds, wild grass and other untended Orctyths. Every owner and occupier of rea! property shall clear that Property of caterpillars and other noxious or destructive insects. No person shall cause or permit water to collect around their premises. No person shall deposit or throw bottles, broken glass or other rubbish in any open place.
